Lisa Taylor is a licensed clinical social worker associate (LCSWA) and an accomplished mental health professional with more than 15 years of experience serving individuals, families, and communities in crisis. She is the founder of Tailored Support Services, LLC, where her mission is to deliver trauma-informed, compassionate, and community-rooted care to those navigating violence, loss, and emotional upheaval.

With a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from North Carolina A&T State University (Summa Cum Laude), Lisa’s career spans outpatient therapy, kinship care advocacy, trauma recovery, and faith-based counseling. Her work includes years of direct service through Family Solutions, community partnership roles with the Greensboro Police Department and Kellin Foundation, and leadership in domestic violence response at the Guilford County Family Justice Center.

Lisa is also a seasoned community builder, ordained minister, and current Senior Pastor at The Church of Redemption in High Point, NC. Her ability to hold space for both spiritual and clinical healing makes her a trusted guide for those recovering from life-altering trauma. Whether she’s counseling a grieving parent, developing resource networks, or facilitating support groups, Lisa shows up with one goal in mind: to walk people through crisis with dignity, clarity, and care.
